Q: Can you help articulate the entrepreneurial skills a lawyer needs to run and lead a successful law firm?

John Anastasi: There are a number of skills that are key to running a law firm including leadership, time management, communication, interpersonal skills, dedication, and judgement to name just a few. Most important is that you are only as good as the people around you. Surrounding yourself with exceptional people and providing them with the opportunity to succeed will result in you being a better leader and the firm being successful.
