Lando & Anastasi, LLP Announces Angelyn Larkin, Ph.D. As New Firm Partner

Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) is pleased to announce that Angelyn Larkin, Ph.D. has been elevated to Partner in the firm’s Life Sciences Group.

Angelyn counsels life sciences clients, ranging from multinational pharmaceutical companies to start-ups, through financings, public offerings, and strategic partnerships. She brings several years of experience as a research scientist to her practice, working with clients to develop worldwide patent portfolio and prosecution strategies, as well as providing freedom to operate, invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Her experience in transactional matters includes evaluating third party in-licensing and acquisition opportunities, due diligence review, product and technology clearances, and licensing negotiations.
