Senior Counsel Gary Ganzi to Serve as a Judge for BIPLA Moot Court

Senior Counsel Gary C. Ganzi volunteered to review briefs and serve as a judge for the oral advocacy portion of the 2025 Giles Rich Moot Court held annually by the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association (BIPLA). This year’s problem involves an appeal of a 35 U.S. C. §101 decision and also an appeal of a decision under the Defend Trade Secrets Act. The oral arguments will be taking place at Suffolk University on Friday, March 14th at 1pm, Saturday, March 15th at 10:30am, and Sunday, March 16th at 10:30am.
