A Collaborative Approach to DEI
To ensure a comprehensive and cross-functional approach to our DEI commitments, we have established a dedicated DEI Committee. This committee comprises representatives from various corners of our firm, including senior partners, associates, and professional staff. They focus on identifying opportunities for us to continually enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging at every level of our organization, with a special emphasis on improving our hiring and retention practices. As a committee, their mission is to guide the firm in achieving its vision for an inclusive workplace culture with transparent equitable practices.
The DEI Committee spearheads firmwide initiatives designed to raise awareness and promote mutual learning and exchange among our team members. These include enlightening lunch & learn sessions with guest speakers, meaningful service projects, and informal educational opportunities.
