The Boston Intellectual Property Law Association (BIPLA) Patent Office Practice Committee invites you to a hybrid Brown Bag Lunch to discuss the USPTO’s recent guidance on assessing inventorship for inventions developed with the assistance of AI. Coffee and pastries will be served for in-person attendees. Please feel free to bring lunch and a colleague.
