Craig Smith on Panel hosted by FBA of Massachusetts IP Section: Third Party Discovery in International IP Litigation

The Federal Bar Association of Massachusetts IP Section hosted an event on October 19, 2023, at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The presentation was entitled “Issues and Practice Tips Relating to Third Party Discovery and Subpoenas, Both Foreign and Domestic.” A panel of Boston IP attorneys and The Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV, Chief Judge, discussed third-party discovery topics.
