Greg Gerstenzang and John Spangenberger Presented IP Fundamentals to IEEE Boston

On January 17th, Partners Gregory K. Gerstenzang and John T. Spangenberger presented a primer on intellectual property to the IEEE Boston Section. The presentation included topics such as the different forms of IP and how each might be protected, what rights and benefits a patent may convey to the patentee, the legal requirements and procedures for obtaining a patent, and more.
