L&A Expands Footprint in Cambridge

Cambridge, MA – Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) today announced that it has signed a lease to expand its office space at One Main Street, Cambridge, MA. The intellectual property law firm will now occupy about 32,000 square feet on two floors at the property, which is managed by CB Richard Ellis. John Anastasi, a founding partner of L&A handling the lease negotiations noted, “We are pleased to expand our footprint in Cambridge. This additional space reflects that we continue to grow our practice and reaffirms one of our founding ideals by maintaining a strong presence within this community of entrepreneurship.” Financial terms were not disclosed. The new space will be used for attorney and staff offices. Over the past twelve months, L&A has continued an upward growth trend, expanding all practice areas including electrical engineering and computer technologies, life sciences, chemical and materials sciences, and litigation.
