Tom McNulty Presents Intro to Intellectual Property to Engineering Students
On March 29, 2024, L&A Counsel and Boston University School of Law alum, Tom McNulty held a presentation for students at the Bioengineering Technology & Entrepreneurship Center (BTEC), located in Boston University College of Engineering. Tom presented on intellectual property basics, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He also spoke to students about relevant issues they may see in their future work such as IP licensing, trade secrets, and IP concerns related to artificial intelligence.
