“Our plan is not to rush back in until we feel everybody can work safely in the office and, just as importantly, get to the office.” says Thomas M. Sullivan, a partner at Lando & Anastasi, a 25-attorney IP firm with offices in downtown Boston.
Sullivan says his firm hasn’t discussed a permanent work-from-home policy, but he anticipates more remote work than Lando & Anastasi has seen in the past.
“We’ve shown we can do it effectively,” he says. “We’ve had no big problems at all.”
