IAM’s selection process included interviews with hundreds of licensing professionals, who were asked to provide in-depth information on their individual practices, recent work and other firms and individuals that stood out for their expertise in patent and technology licensing in the jurisdictions covered by IAM magazine. Only those practitioners who generated the highest degree of positive feedback were included in the list.
