Eric has more than a decade of experience representing companies in intellectual property disputes across a variety of industries, including consumer products, biotechnology, software, and social media. He has won precedent-setting decisions before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as numerous district court victories. Eric is a natural teacher and has proven his leadership ability by managing internal legal education programs for the firm’s practitioners. He is an expert in dissecting and analyzing complex intellectual property cases and has a tremendous ability to easily communicate their significance for clients.

Eric has experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and earned a B.S. in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
