Greg Gerstenzang is an outstanding patent practitioner who is expert in a broad range of technologies and legal topics from chemical and material sciences to blockchain and AI. He brings nearly a decade of technical experience in the semiconductor industry to his work with clients of all sizes to leverage their intellectual assets through strategic patent portfolio development and management. Greg works with several key firm clients, including Evoqua Water Technologies, Draper, and Skyworks Solutions.
Greg has been recognized by Skyworks’ Chief Patent Counsel, Donald Bollella, as “…one of our best drafting attorneys….[whose] calm deep intellect combined with his expert technical command of our subject matter and deferential engaging personal style with our inventors has been most noteworthy over the course of the years he’s been handling our cases.”
Nate Harris has a diverse and broad practice that touches all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related litigation. He has represented clients before district courts and the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Nate’s extensive software background imparts a high-tech focus to his practice, and includes matters involving a variety of technologies, such as AI and machine learning in the areas of computer vision, identity authentication, and text analytics. Some of the major clients Nate works with include Land’s End, Bose Corporation, and Zoll Medical Corporation.

Hannah Koyfman is an integral member of L&A’s Life Sciences Team, where she counsels clients on the design and execution of global patent strategies. Hannah handles matters in a variety of technologies, including therapeutic antibodies, peptide therapeutics, antisense therapies, cell-based therapies, diagnostics, and medical devices. Her clients range from Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies to early stage venture-backed startups, including one which completed a record-breaking IPO in July 2018.

Dave Roccio is an expert patent practitioner in a broad spectrum of electrical and computer technologies, including mobile ad hoc network communications, switching and routing, data centers, uninterruptible power supplies, load centers, network-based conferencing/compression, programmable RF transceivers, digital imaging, and semiconductor devices and manufacturing. Dave represents leading 3D print company, Markforged, for whom he has helped develop and manage a robust patent portfolio. He also works with many of the firm’s largest electrical and computer science clients, including Schneider Electric and Raytheon Company.
