Cambridge, MA – Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) recently announced that Robert A. Skrivanek, Jr. has been elected to the firm’s Management Committee. He will join Peter C. Lando, who was re-elected to the Committee this year, and Keith F. Noe, who continue their service as Co-Managing Partners of L&A.
Bob is one of L&A’s founders, and has served in a number of firm leadership roles, including several years on L&A’s Risk Management and Conflicts Committees. John N. Anastasi, the firm’s Co-Founding Partner noted “Bob is one of the people who started the firm with us on day one, back in 2003, and although he has served the firm in other capacities over the years, this will be his first term on the Management Committee. Bob will be in the unique position of bringing both an historical perspective and some fresh ideas to the Committee, and this will be a terrific benefit to the firm as we plan for our future.”
“Having Keith and Peter continue in their roles as Co-Managing Partners for the coming year will maintain consistency in our leadership and help to ensure that initiatives we have begun over the past few years will continue to move forward smoothly,” noted Thomas M. Sullivan, an L&A Partner.
Comprised of three co-managing partners who are elected to two-year terms, the Management Committee structure at L&A differs from that of most law firms, and mirrors our approach to client service: We collaborate to achieve synergies of knowledge that produce creative approaches to complex issues.
