Craig is the head of the litigation group at Lando & Anastasi, an intellectual property law firm based in Boston. Craig advises technology companies on how to protect and defend their intellectual property in courts throughout the United States and in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He also helps companies build and strengthen their patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios, and works on intellectual property acquisitions and licensing.
For the past twenty-four years, Craig has represented technology companies of all sizes, from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups, in intellectual property litigation throughout the country. His clients have included Webasto, UPPAbaby, Foursquare Labs, Evoqua Water Technologies, and Bose, among others. Craig handles cases in district courts and appellate courts, as well as the International Trade Commission. Many of his cases involve new technologies incorporated into consumer products, autonomous vehicles, and medical devices.
