Overview

Lisa is responsible for the firm’s legal practice systems, general operations and strategic technology planning. As part of her role, Lisa oversees office facilities, staff training and development. She also collaborates with the HR team on assessment of employee skills, performance, and hiring.


Lisa has established and implemented policies and procedures relating to all areas of IP, which she continually reviews and evaluates, making modifications as required to maintain alignment with legal and regulatory changes. She provides practice-related leadership and direction to the firm’s assistants, docketing, international filing, and litigation paralegals.

Lisa also ensures the firm’s information technology systems and procedures are in line with business objectives and users’ needs. She leads strategic planning and design for firm applications and infrastructure, collaborates on the budget process and establishes related IT policies.

Lisa works with the firm’s committees to maintain a collegial and efficient workplace and contributes to the firm’s strategic planning.
